和名で緑簾石と呼ばれるエピドートを内包したエピドートインクォーツ。太い結晶が入ったものは竹のように見えたり、細い結晶が多く入ったものは、その見た目から別名『草入り水晶』とも呼ばれています。

Epidote-in-quartz, known by its Japanese name "ryokuren-seki" (green slaty stone), contains inclusions of epidote. When the inclusions form thick crystals, they can resemble bamboo, while specimens with numerous fine crystals are often referred to by the nickname "grass-included quartz" due to their appearance.
