『ドゥルジーアゲート』
キラキラとした小さな結晶が美しいドゥルジーアゲートを、お花のようなフォルムにカットしました。雲のように見えるものもありますね。自然の形を生かしたカットなので、可愛らしさに偏りすぎないバランスの取れたデザインです。

ドゥルジーアゲートは、火山活動によってできた岩石の空洞の中で、シリカ成分を含んだ地下水がゆっくりと沈殿し、長い時間をかけて形成されたアゲート（瑪瑙）。その成長の最終段階で、空洞の表面に微細な水晶結晶が無数に結晶化すると、ドゥルージー（結晶面）が生まれます。

『Druzy Agate』

This druzy agate, known for its small sparkling crystals, has been cut into a flower-like form.
Some pieces even appear to resemble clouds.
Because the cut preserves the stone’s natural shape, it creates a well-balanced design that does not lean too strongly toward a cute impression.

Druzy agate is a type of agate that forms inside cavities of rocks created by volcanic activity. Silica-rich groundwater slowly precipitates inside these cavities, and over a long period of time agate (chalcedony) is formed. In the final stage of its growth, countless microscopic quartz crystals crystallize on the surface of the cavity, forming what is known as a druzy crystal layer.
